About this Camp
Come join us for the time of your life at North Carolina's Women's Basketball Elite College Prep Camp.  The Elite College Prep Camp is for the advanced, highly skilled, serious-minded, very intense high school player.  This camp will help to prepare the top player for the college level game.  Prior experience as a varsity starter is recommended but not required. 
 

Each camper is entitled to the following:  Carolina blue and white basketball, Carolina Cinch bag, Elite College Prep Camp tee shirt, individual picture with Coach Hatchell, and instruction by current and former Tar Heel basketball players.  Seminars will be held on study skills, time management, conditioning, strength training, leadership, and team building.

About this Camp
This camp is for the extremely serious AAU and/or high School Girl's Basketball Team and can serve as a warm up for your AAU team before you begin July competition.  Some of the best AAU teams in America will be attending this camp.  It can also be for the High School Team that can only attend team camp in June due to Federation rules or because some of your players are playing AAU in July. This will be a great camp with major competition. 
 
There will be an NCAA Academic seminar as well as mini coaching clinics with demonstrations by past and present Carolina Women's basketball players.  The camp will consist of four sessions and you will play a minimum of four games.  Each player will be given a North Carolina tee shirt and each team will be given a North Carolina blue and white Lady Tar Heel basketball.
 
Each team is responsible for making all travel, lodging, and meal arrangements.   Hotel and restaurant information will be available.

COST:  $200 per team and $25 per player.
DEPOSIT:  A $50 deposit will hold your slot for camp and is applied to your balance.

Seminars will be held on study skills, time management, conditioning, strength training, leadership, team building, and nutrition.  Clinics will be held throughout Team Camp for players and coaches in facilities like Woollen and Fetzer Gymnasiums. 
 
One coach attends at no charge (minimum of 8 players) and will responsible for supervising their team.  Teams will play in the Dean E. Smith Center.

Each team must reserve a slot by sending in the reservation form and a non-refundable $50 reservation fee per team.  Each team must have at least 8 players and will be charged for at least 8 players.  Leagues include middle school, junior high, junior varsity, and varsity.

Without a doubt, the best camp staff in America!

This camp will be divided into 6 or more age and ability groups for instruction and competition.  Emphasis will placed on fundamentals, individual defense, individual offense, and shooting techniques.  Each camper will have the learning opportunity to improve her skills and develop an increased enjoyment for the game of basketball. 
 
Awards will be given in each age group for  Hot Shot Champion, Free Throw Champion, and One-on-One Champion. 
 
Awards will be given on each team for Best Offensive Player, Best Defensive Player, Most Improved Player, and Best Camper.

Players will receive individual instruction on their Skill Development. 
 
Post Players will work on playing with their back to the basket, posting and scoring in the paint, being a good offensive rebounder, rebounding defensively, block-outs, starting the fast break outlet pass, using screens, use of the bank shot, and many other aspects of inside play. 
 
Guards or Perimeter Players will work on how to get open, footwork, triple-threat position, one-on-one moves, ball handling and passing, reading screens, and shooting the three-point shot.
